When you sign a contract with anyone who will be doing work for you there is the hope that they will do the best job possible and that there will be no problems along the way. But unfortunately sometimes that is not what happens. Here are some things that you can do if you're unsatisfied with your current agent and are thinking of ending the contract.

Working with a real estate agent is mostly about communication so you should first make sure that you are doing all that you can to work with them. If you are unhappy with the amount of showings that your local or Brampton real estate agent is making available or disagree with how they are marketing your property than your first course of action should always be to talk to them about it. You might find that some things just got lost in communication or that your agent just needed a little more of a push to put you closer to the top of their priorities list.

When dealing with something like a person's home things can get very personal for the sellers. Some believe that their agent is asking them for too many changes within the house or that they are being unfair with the listing price that they are suggesting. Check the current market and make sure that if you disagree with the agent that you have statistics to back up your claim.

If after all of this you still want to break the contract with your agent than you're going to have to read over your agreement with them to see if this is possible.
